Difference between you and me ...

Had a great weekend with Dear. Seriously, i think i am get more tired over the weekends. Haha. I always wake up really early on Sat despite watching late night movie on Fridays. I made yummy chocolate tarts and chicken rice on Saturday! Last week was Oreo Cheesecake and bee hoon!(See how lucky my dear is, got such a great gf who can bake and cook. ops)

I didn't quite enjoy the evening's wedding dinner cause i felt super out of place. I have never been to weddings at community centers having people going up to the stage to sing Hokkien songs. Seriously, i regretted going. It was quite painful sitting there actually.

Went down to Orchard to meet Whitee, Judo, Tony, Han Yong and his friend for movie - Rouge Assasin. I was kinda sleepy and the show was so so. It was Whitee and Judo's birthday so we bought them each a shirt and a cake.

Went shopping during the weekend. There are so many things i would like to buy. Hehe.

Have been spending good time with Dear, always looking forward to meeting him. Think i and him are quite opposite at times. Good and Evil - Although ppl think i am the good and he is the "evil", i think you guys are mistaken. I can be the "evil" one as well. Mwhahaz. The difference between me and him - clearly, i am an individualist, i can stand on my own, like doing things alone, have my own thinking and views, stand strongly on my views; Dear is a collectivist, he likes to be around others, would sway his views cause of others and think of others. Sometimes i do get piss cause i feel strongly that we should do what we think and feel. Perhaps thats why he is more sociable than me. Some ppl think i am cold and icy. It's just i don't like to smile much and it takes a long time for me to get really comfortable with ppl. Perhaps i lost trust in humans, i feel humans are self centered.

I am tired, sleepy. Going to bed, energy for audit tmr!

The Past Week ...

The past week has been totally slack for me. Nothing to do in office cause i have no job currently. So i was assigned to 1) pack the compactors and 2) find the lockers for the unknown keys. Haha, impt tasks! Anyway, I was kinda bored looking at the e learning site.

Weekend was packed with activities.

Saturday
Dear and I decided to join the Youths for their activity "The Last Ride 2". There were clues which led to different places and tasks to be completed at each station to earn us points.

Clue 1 led us to Vivocity where we had to step into "The Wading Pool" to find 10 5 cents coins which had me so giddy.

Clue 2 led us to National Library. This task was rather simple. We just had to find the books and get the details the game master wanted.

Clue 3 led us to ROM where we had to finish a apple without using our hands. I had to bite the apple to hold it in place while the rest chew it from my mouth. There was Hershey's Chocolate being poured over. How disgusting.

Clue 4 led us to The Botanic Gardens. However, we didn't have time to complete the tasks which was to find the tree and get details.

There was a last station which was Little India. The task there was to find 5 different candies and eat them. I was so happy we didn't go there. The candies were disgusting [maybe to me], heard they were made from LARD. Gross!

After the game, had dinner with Dear and headed to a mini concert of my friend.

Sunday
Went church earlier this week! Good start.

We headed to the Gaming Convention after lunch. I cannot stand when people snatch for freebies. It was so scary, seriously. Thereafter we went to support my friend who was performing.

That's the summary of last week.

This week going to be training for me till Wed, Thu free i guess, Fri going to do stocktake. Yippy! I like to go out on jobs! I am nuts!
